Responsible Gaming on PakClub
PakClub is built for entertainment. For most players, gaming is a fun way to spend time and occasionally win money. But for some, it can become a problem. This page is here for those moments — and for the proactive tools that help everyone play smart from the start.
Tools Available in the App
1. Deposit Limits
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, increases require a 7-day cool-off period — there’s no “I changed my mind 30 minutes later” loophole.
Profile → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits
2. Session Timers
Get a pop-up after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play. The pop-up shows your session profit/loss so far and asks if you want to continue. Default: 60 minutes.
3. Reality Checks
For sessions over 2 hours, mandatory reality check: a full-screen interstitial showing your hourly bet rate, win/loss, and recommended break time.
4. Self-Exclusion
Lock your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or withdraw. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — once you start it, you wait it out.
Profile → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclude
5. Loss Limits
Set a maximum daily/weekly/monthly loss. If you hit it, your account is locked from further play (deposits and withdrawals continue working) until the period rolls over.
Warning Signs of Problem Gaming
- You’re playing with money you can’t afford to lose.
- You’re chasing losses with bigger bets to “get even.”
- You lie to family or friends about how much you play.
- You feel anxious, depressed, or angry when you can’t play.
- Gaming is interfering with work, sleep, or relationships.
- You’ve tried to stop and couldn’t.

Talking to Someone
Many problem-gaming patterns are easier to break with someone in your corner. That can be a family member, a friend, a counselor, or a peer-support group. You don’t have to do this alone.
For Family Members
If someone you love is showing signs of problem gaming, you can email [email protected] with their registered mobile number. We can apply a third-party-requested self-exclusion (CNIC verification of relationship required) under our duty-of-care policy.
Our Commitment
PakClub doesn’t make money from problem players. We make money from healthy, sustainable play. That’s why we invest in these tools — they protect both players and the long-term health of our platform.
