PakClub Terms of Service 2026

Terms of Service

By creating a PakClub account or using PakClub services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use PakClub.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must be a resident of Pakistan with a valid Pakistani mobile number.
  • You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Pakistani law.
  • You must not be prohibited from gaming under your local jurisdiction’s laws — you are responsible for confirming this.

2. Account Rules

  • One account per person, mobile number, device, and wallet. Multi-accounting voids all related accounts and forfeits balances.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and OTP secure.
  • You may not transfer, sell, or share your account.
  • PakClub reserves the right to suspend accounts showing fraud, multi-accounting, bot use, collusion, or AML red flags.

3. Fair Play

  • Manipulating game outcomes, exploiting bugs, or using automated bots is grounds for immediate account termination and balance forfeiture.
  • Collusion at multi-player games (Teen Patti) is detected via behavior analysis and results in lifetime bans.
  • PakClub’s game RNGs are provably-fair; outcomes cannot be predicted or influenced.

4. Financial Terms

  • Deposits: minimum PKR 100, maximum PKR 5,00,000/day via JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
  • Withdrawals: minimum PKR 200; KYC required above PKR 50,000/withdrawal.
  • PakClub charges 0% fees. Wallet provider fees are paid by you to your wallet.
  • Bonus money: subject to wagering requirement (typically 3× before withdrawal).
  • PakClub may withhold withdrawals pending KYC review or fraud investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Welcome bonus: PKR 50 on first deposit ≥ PKR 100; one per mobile number / device / wallet.
  • Refer-and-earn: PKR 200 per qualified referral + 5% lifetime commission. See Refer & Earn page.
  • PakClub reserves the right to amend, terminate, or claw back bonuses for abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • PakClub is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PakClub disclaims all warranties.
  • PakClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount in your PakClub wallet at the time of claim.

8. Disputes

  • Disputes must first be raised via in-app support; we aim to resolve within 7 days.
  • Unresolved disputes are subject to arbitration in Karachi, Pakistan, under Pakistani law.

9. Changes to Terms

PakClub may update these Terms; material changes will be announced via in-app notice 7 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
